Programs

Tailoring Training Program

Tailoring training programs are designed to empower women by providing them with valuable skills in tailoring and garment making. Through these programs, women receive comprehensive training on sewing techniques, pattern making, fabric selection, and finishing touches. Our aim is to equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to start their own tailoring businesses or secure employment in the garment industry. By promoting economic independence and entrepreneurship, the tailoring training not only helps women contribute to their family's income but also enhances their self-esteem and social standing. These programs are a crucial part of our broader mission to foster women empowerment and community development.

Aari Training Program

Aari training program aimed at empowering women by providing them with the skills required for Aari embroidery. This traditional art form, known for its intricate and elegant designs, is a valuable skill that can enhance employment opportunities and promote economic independence among women in the community. Enabled women to generate income through self-employment or by working with local artisans and boutiques. Participants acquired valuable Aari embroidery skills, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial potential. Women were equipped to start their own embroidery businesses or collaborate with local artisans and boutiques, contributing to their family's income. The training fostered a sense of community and collaboration among participants, encouraging them to support and learn from each other.

SHGs are small, informal groups of individuals, primarily women, who come together to support each other in saving, credit, and entrepreneurship activities. This report provides an overview of the SHG formation process, objectives, and the impact on the community. Conducted community meetings and awareness sessions to educate individuals about the benefits of SHGs. Distributed informational materials explaining the concept and functioning of SHGs. SHGs hold regular meetings to discuss savings, loans, and other group activities. By promoting financial independence, entrepreneurship, and community cooperation, SHGs are transforming the lives of women and their families.
